The Acta Musei Beskidensis journal is entering a new era, expanding its scope with an online publishing mode. This step brings a number of innovations that will not only improve the accessibility and visibility of the journal, but also facilitate the process of its compilation and distribution. The journal continues to maintain its traditional printed form, which is important for libraries, international exchange, presentations, and for traditional buyers. At the same time, however, it responds to current trends, representing a modern way in which professional publications can be shared and read. The printed form is now complemented by an online version of the journal.
