Notes on the adventive flora of northern Moravia and Silesia 4. Buglossoides arvensis and B. incrassata subsp. splitgerberi

Taxonomy of the genus Buglossoides (Boraginaceae) in the Czech Republic was recently reassessed. Three taxa from this group were revealed to occur in the country - B. arvensis, B. incrassata subsp. splitgerberi and B. incrassata subsp. incrassata. Based on a revision of herbarium specimens, the former two are present in northern Moravia and Silesia. Both taxa should be classified as archaeophytes. Buglossoides incrassata subsp. splitgerberi is probably recently spreading around the railways.
